We’ve said it before. Philadelphia is in the midst of a massive turnaround—in terms of startups and innovation, quality of life, culture and careers. Meanwhile, more than 10,000 Wharton alumni call the City of Brotherly Love home. Coincidence? We think not. That’s why we showcased some of the alumni making Philly stronger in this video.

This video builds off the same conclusions—that the City of Brotherly Love is attractive because of its tech and startup scene, its growing use of green spaces, its food and culture, and its increasing population of millennials and young families—while we include some of the members of Wharton’s strong alumni community in the area: like entrepreneur and Tesorio co-founder Carlos Vega C03 WG14; Wharton Club of Philadelphia President Heather Aspras WG08; Ellen Yin W87 WG93, founder of Philadelphia food empire High Street Hospitality Group; Trevor Prichett G06 WG06, COO at Yard’s Brewing Co.Philadelphia Zoo President and CEO Vikram Dewan WG78; and Courtney Graybill WG11, senior director at David’s Bridal.
