Wharton Dean Geoffrey Garrett traveled to Tokyo and Seoul as part of the ongoing Global Conversations Tour. The Tour is part of Garrett’s mission to more effectively engage with a broader demographic of Wharton alumni around the globe and communicate his core priorities for the School. Past tour stops have included Hong Kong, New York, Philadelphia, London, Miami, Boston and San Francisco.

One of the more intriguing aspects of the Global Conversations Tour is that the dean takes the stage with a Wharton grad, who then has the responsibility (and fun) of interviewing Garrett. At the Seoul event on Sept. 3, 2015, Jane Jin WG98, country manager of Levi’s Korea, enjoyed the honor. In Tokyo on Sept. 7, 2015, Takeshi Natsuno WG95, professor of Graduate School of Media and Governance at Keio University, had the pleasure.

Upcoming tour stops include:

  • Chicago on October 5
  • Los Angeles on October 7
  • Delhi on October 27
  • Mumbai on October 29
