Hello Wharton!
I was delighted this past spring to return to the Wharton School as Associate Dean for External Affairs. I arrived here from Bucknell University, where I served as Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations, but Wharton is where I began my business school career back in 1985.
I held the position of Associate Director of MBA Admissions, and went on to become Managing Director of Administrative Services in the Wharton Graduate Division, Chief of Staff in the Dean’s Office, and Director of MBA Admissions and Financial Aid. And from 2000 to 2006, I served as Penn’s Assistant Vice President for Development and Campaign Initiatives.
I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help the School achieve the goals of its historic $550 million campaign. We’ve realized some remarkable successes during the first half of The Campaign for Wharton, yet there is still work to be done. Now is the time to concentrate on our highest priorities: scholarships, fellowships and professorships; support for innovative research and leading-edge programs; unrestricted giving; and enhancements to our existing technology and facilities.
With its longstanding culture of leadership and innovation, Wharton is an extraordinary institution. I hope that you, the extraordinary members of the Wharton community, are as excited as I am by the opportunities that lie ahead—and I welcome your participation.

I look forward to working with you throughout the Campaign and beyond.
