The timing couldn’t have been better: As the House of Representatives voted on Thursday in favor of a health care bill to replace the Affordable Care Act, Wharton’s faculty were live on the air discussing President Donald Trump’s first 100 days and his impact on foreign policy, financial markets, the U.S. economy, the FCC, and of course, health care. To continue the discussion that began in Wharton Magazine’s new feature on President Trump, professor Peter Cappelli hosted a one-hour special on Sirius XM Channel 111, Business Radio Powered by The Wharton School. His guests included Wharton Dean Geoffrey Garrett; Jeremy Schwartz W03, director of research at WisdomTree and co-host of “Behind the Markets” on Business Radio; professor Scott Harrington, chair of the Wharton Health Care Management Department; and professor Kevin Werbach, co-host of “The Digital Show” on Business Radio and former FCC counsel for New Technology Policy.
